Main responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and transform them into viable technical solutions within Business Central.
- Develop, customize and configure extensions for Business Central using AL and other development tools.
- Integrate Business Central with third party applications (APIs, Web Services, etc.).
- Optimize system performance and ensure system quality through constant testing and tuning.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
Provide post-implementation technical support and resolve potential issues.
Requirements
Experience and technical expertise:
- Previous experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central development and customization (minimum 3 years).
- In-depth knowledge of AL language and Business Central extensions.
- Experience working with integrations through APIs and web services (SOAP, OData, REST).
- Experience with SQL Server and database design.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft ecosystem technologies (Power Platform, Azure, etc.) will be a plus.
Personal skills:
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate on multidisciplinary projects.
- High problem solving orientation and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to understand and convey technical and functional requirements.
- Ability to manage tasks and projects autonomously.
Desirable requirements (not mandatory):
- Official certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Previous experience in ERP implementation projects in specific industries (retail, finance, manufacturing, etc.).

Main responsibilities

- Design and develop customizations and extensions in Dynamics 365 F&O/AX using X++, .NET and other related tools.
- Integrate F&O with third party applications and other business systems using web services (REST/SOAP) and OData.
- Optimize performance and ensure stability of solutions through continuous testing and tuning.
- Collaborate with functional and consulting teams to align technical solutions with business processes.
- Document technical development, configurations and processes according to best practices.
- Provide technical support on ERP related incidents and collaborate on upgrades or migrations from legacy systems (AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 F&O).
- Keep up to date with the latest platform features and enhancements.
Requirements

- Familiarity with application lifecycle tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Experience in migration or upgrade projects from AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 F&O will be positively valued.
