Nowadays, the capabilities of a good ERP extend far beyond the functionalities that are traditionally taken for granted in each of the operational areas.

The volume of documents that we are forced to handle on a daily basis requires a solution that is perfectly integrated into our ERP, as a central management tool and access to information, regardless of whether it is information generated by our company or received through third parties.

With Dynamics, we have developed the possibility of integrating scanned information through OCR recognition. Specifically, we have developed a process of integration of scanning and integration of invoices, so that the accounting of the same is done automatically, if previously established criteria are met.

This document management integration also allows to store copies of invoices and/or any other internal or external document in a repository for later access through centralized search tools from ERP Dynamics and in an indexed way.

It is also possible to generate documents that are subject to the approval of a workflow for their release and publication to the rest of the people who have the appropriate permissions to access it.
