The challenge: simplifying complex document processes

One of the most important milestones of the project is the addition of VidSigner as the electronic signature platform. In this case, VidSigner was the tool chosen by the end customer. Revertis can also work with other alternative solutions preferred by the customer.
VidSigner is an electronic signature solution that combines cryptographic mechanisms and biometrics to provide signing processes with full legal validity and compliance with the eIDAS regulation. It also offers APIs that make it easy to integrate into corporate applications and document management platforms.
The integration developed by Revertis allows documents generated from the portal to be sent automatically for electronic signature without leaving the platform.

SharePoint: the smart document repository

Revertis has designed an in-depth integration with SharePoint Online to store and organise all the documentation generated during the process.
The solution includes the automatic creation of document structures, secure file storage and the generation of dynamic links between the documentation stored in SharePoint and the existing records in Dynamics 365.
